Hello! I’m glad you’re here.
I found my way into the world of therapy after spending my early career in the corporate world. I was excelling in my career, but I wasn’t able to make any sort of meaningful impact there. In these corporate environments, I was always more interested in themes and patterns of behavior within organizations, gaps in communication styles and capacities, and all of the “human” parts of the business world. I was interested in people. After several years of trying to make myself fit into that world, I decided to finally pursue a career that would give me the ability to actually help people in a meaningful way. It’s been the best decision.
When we begin our work together, I want to understand the whole picture of who you are (as an individual or a couple). We’ll explore your current struggles and areas you feel stuck and work together to identify goals for therapy. I’ll provide communication tools and strategies to help you make the changes toward a more fulfilled life and relationship.
I am trained in attachment theory (EFT), as well as several other systemic modalities that I integrate in our work together. People who work with me say they experience both warmth and directness in our time together. I’ll support you while also offering new perspectives and to help you get to the place you want to be.
Therapy is hard but it is so worth it. Please reach out for a consultation call to see if we are a good fit!
